The conference brought together colleagues from across the Asia Pacific region to reconnect and build stronger relationships, fostering a better understanding of the products and services offered in the Asia Pacific market.

The event was attended by over 230 attendees and required over 60 design assets. We had more than four months of preparation, which allowed us to curate a seamless experience for all attendees.

The Challenges

  • Collaboration and coordination: Working effectively with multiple teams, including Marketing, Communication, and the event organiser vendor, to maintain coherence and quality in all design aspects.
  • High volume of design assets: Managing the creation and delivery of over 60 design assets within a tight timeline, ensuring each piece is of high quality and aligns with the overall branding and conference objectives.

The Goals

  • Enhance brand identity: Utilise the conference as a platform to strengthen and showcase the brand's identity, particularly focusing on the theme "Stronger Together - APAC Perspectives".
  • Foster stronger relationships: Design an environment and experience that facilitates networking and relationship-building among colleagues from various APAC regions.
  • Promote understanding of products and services: Use design collaterals to effectively communicate and highlight the unique aspects of products and services offered in the Asia Pacific market.
  • Deliver a cohesive experience: Ensure all design elements work in harmony to create a cohesive and engaging experience for all attendees.
  • Achieve high engagement and positive feedback: Aim for a successful event outcome where attendees feel engaged, informed, and positive about their experience, reflecting well on the brand and its offerings.

The Outcome

The event saw high levels of engagement, with over 230 attendees actively participating. Feedback from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting the creative design, effective organisation, and the opportunity for meaningful connections as highlights of the event.

A cohesive and engaging experience

Attendees reported a seamless and immersive experience, reflecting the successful integration of over 60 design assets that were consistent with the conference theme. The visual and functional aspects of the event were well received, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere.
